Delete your ShubhFrame account

Use this page even if you no longer have the app installed. Account deletion is permanent.

Submit a deletion request

Complete the fields below. The page prepares an email to ShubhFrame Support; it does not upload your details to this website or to a form provider.

No email app? Send a message manually to indian.insect.killer@gmail.com with the subject ShubhFrame account deletion request. Send it from the email address registered with your account whenever possible.

What happens next

Request received
Support reviews the email and identifies the ShubhFrame account.
Ownership verification
You may receive a verification message. Never send your password, Firebase token, or one-time password.
Deletion completed
Valid requests are normally completed within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law.

Data normally deleted

Authentication account and account identifier
Email and account profile data held by ShubhFrame
Push-notification token linked to the account
Cloud project inputs and rendering metadata
Generated cloud-video outputs associated with the account

Limited retention

We may retain narrowly limited records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Such data is not used for ordinary account activity and is removed when the retention purpose expires.

Delete from within the app

When you can access ShubhFrame, use the in-app deletion pathway at Settings → Account → Delete Account. The web request above remains available for users who have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.

Delete specific cloud data without deleting the account

You may request deletion of specific uploaded or generated cloud files without deleting your whole account. Email indian.insect.killer@gmail.com with the subject ShubhFrame data deletion request and describe the job or files to remove.
